7.1 Scope of Services

Majestic Pool Construction provides custom pool design, construction, renovation, and related services in the Temecula, California area and surrounding regions. All services are subject to a separate written contract or agreement that outlines the specific scope, timeline, costs, and terms for your individual project.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Majestic Pool Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of our website, SMS services, or pool construction services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Pool construction projects are subject to variables including weather conditions, permit timelines, material availability, and site conditions that may affect project schedules and outcomes.

Consultation appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. For active construction projects, cancellation and modification terms are governed by the individual project contract.
